It is about that time of year when those of us decide to lose any semblance of sanity and sign on to write a novel in a month. Before you say it can't be done, be assured that it can and does happen every year. Last year I averaged a mere two thousand words a day and won Nano. http://www.nanowrimo.org/ Do I think it was my greatest work...NO. But it does have a way of pushing you through the roadblocks your inner critic tosses in your way.
I would suggest you at least give it a try. There are Nano events in different cities and countries and even online cheering sections. All you need is an idea and the belief that you can do it.
